AJAY GUPTA (PARTNER) FELLOW CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT, COMMERCE GRADUATE

Ajay Gupta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an Alumni member of Shri Ram College of Commerce. He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He started the firm in 1987. With humble beginnings and with his hardwork has transformed into a firm handling fields like Direct Taxes (Consultancy and Compliance), Indirect Taxes (Consultancy and Compliance), Corporate Law (Consultancy and Compliance), Auditing, Corporate Re-Structuring.

GIAN CHAND KANJHLIA

The firm was started under the guidance of Ajay Gupta’s father Shri Lt. Gian Chand Kanjhlia in 1987. He was a practicing advocate since 1950 and he passed away with grace in 2019. He was an senior advocate and president of Sales Tax Bar Association in 2001. Under his guidance the firm gained experience in Indirect Taxation and cases under any Indirect tax regime.

KUNAL GUPTA

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an Advocate. He got associated with the firm in 2019 as a Partner. He has his expertise in the field of Indirect-Tax (Consultancy) and Assurance. He was formerly working with EY in Auditing.

ABHISHEK GUPTA

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Certified Public Accountant (Australia), he got associated with the firm in 2020. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019. He has his expertise in the field of Direct-Tax (Consultancy). He was formerly working with KPMG in Corporate Taxation.

NEHA GUPTA

Associated with the firm since 2010. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012. Over the years, she has developed her expertise in the field of Direct Tax Litigation and Consultancy.

DEEP GOEL

Associated with the firm since 2022. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2021. He has his expertise in the field of Assurance, Income-tax (Compliance and Consultancy), GST (Compliance and Consultancy).

SHWETA JOSHI

Associated with the firm since 2021. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018. She has her expertise in the field of Assurance, Income-tax (Compliance and Consultancy), GST (Compliance and Consultancy).

REEMA CHAURASIA

Associated with the firm since 2016. She qualified as a Company Secretary in 2018. She has her expertise in Company Law (Compliance and Consultancy).
